Join us for the Hallowe'en Spooktacular at Bob Baker Marionette Theater, a seasonal favorite that promises to enchant audiences of all ages! This delightful showcase features a lineup of spooky characters, including the iconic Dracula, the mysterious Vampira, the notorious Black Cat, the Invisible Man, and the ever-adorable Grumpy Pumpkin. We encourage everyone to come in costume and join the fun! Following the performance, attendees will have the exciting opportunity to meet the skilled puppeteers and enjoy a complimentary reception hosted by the Friends of the Westwood Branch Library, where you can learn more about the artistry and craftsmanship behind these historic puppets.

Bob Baker Marionette Theater is an iconic Los Angeles institution that has served its community with creativity, joy, and imagination since 1963. As a nonprofit theater and a designated Los Angeles Cultural-Historical Monument, their mission is to preserve, educate, and innovate at the intersection of puppetry and the allied arts. The Theater serves an intergenerational audience of over 125,000 people annually through its cultural and educational programs and impactful, immersive performances.

The Westwood Branch Library garage and doors to the building will open at 2 p.m. Parking in the garage is free.
