About the Event

During the Depression of the 1930s, Ernie Pyle traveled across America six times. He wrote about the common people who were without work and unable to feed their families, and yet could laugh or smile, believing in a greater tomorrow. When World War II broke out, Pyle became a war correspondent. Come hear Arnold Weiss present inspiring stories of resilience in spite of harsh times.

For disability-related accommodations, please call (213) 228-7430 at least five business days prior to the event.
