T.A.P.E. Analog Film & Video Petting Zoo

About the Event

This workshop provides a chance to see, hold and ask questions about analog media equipment for the curious! T.A.P.E. will bring most equipment available in their Los Angeles based rental library, like film/video cameras, tape decks, film equipment, and equipment used for A/V preservation and more! Instructors will manage an open-session for folks to have free time to explore equipment they may be encountering for the first time.

T.A.P.E. is a Los Angeles-based 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to facilitating support for analog media through free digitizing, education, hands-on-training, equipment rentals & volunteer opportunities.

This library event will not take place at the library, but will be held in the community room at the Boyle Heights City Hall at 2130 E 1st St. This is a partnership with Council District 14.

For disability-related accommodations, please call (213) 228-7430 at least five business days prior to the event.
