About the Event

This fun, active, and experiential workshop introduces attendees to the mindfulness practice of gratitude journaling. We explore various techniques of journaling and how the influence of writing with gratitude can produce numerous benefits to our mental, emotional and physical health. Through this course we will create a foundation for building a daily practice that will support you in attracting more abundance, love, happiness and align you with your greatest potential.
