Chinese Dessert Dumpling Demo & Tasting

Join Chef Jess Wang for a communal Chinese dessert tradition: preparing hand rolled sticky rice dumplings! Learn about the symbolic significance of these delicious dumplings, and see how fruity and veggie QQ pearl dumplings are made. The cooking demo will include a hands-on activity and will be followed by a tasting.
