Join us for our monthly virtual film discussion. We will be talking about Passing Strange (2009).

Spike Lee directed this film of the hit Broadway musical, Passing Strange, with book, music, and lyrics by Stew. A young musician sets out from Los Angeles to Europe to find what he considers “the Real” in this bildungsroman about art and life. Passing Strange was nominated for seven Tony Awards, winning one for Best Book of a Musical.
