Please join Dr. Desmonette Hazly, Integrative Health Specialist, for this exciting series that will explore various ways to nurture our mental and physical health, and provide helpful hints and tips to improve your diet, manage your stress, and get a good night's rest. 
In the second workshop in the series, learn how our exposure to chronic stress affects the mind and body, and discover simple ways to decompress and improve your mental and physical well-being with easy daily activities.
