Your Author: Mirelle Ortega

Join us as we welcome Mirelle Ortega, local author/illustrator of River of Mariposas, Los Angeles Central Library POPS: Celebrating a Century of The Light of Learning and Magic: Once Upon a Faraway Land, for which she received a 2023 Pura Belpré Award Illustration Honor and an International Latino Book Award bronze medal. Mirelle will be sharing the book I Am, Yo Soy.
