Celebrate Central 100 and Library Week with author and lecturer Mary Mallory! Have you ever wondered about the history of women librarians at the Los Angeles Public Library? Join Mary as she presents about trailblazing women librarians such as Tessa Kelso, Mary L. Jones, Miriam Matthews, Eleanor Jones, Mary Foy, and Elizabeth Martinez. These local women served as early leaders and community activists, bettering education in Los Angeles.
