Join Chef Jess Wang for a hands-on exploration of a beloved Chinese dessert tradition: hand-rolled sticky rice dumplings. Discover the cultural meaning behind these sweet treats while learning how to shape and fill them, including colorful, fruity, and vegetable-based QQ pearl dumplings. The program includes a live cooking demonstration, guided participation, and a tasting to enjoy your creations. This event is gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
