LA Made Presents: Rhythm and Sound Immersion With Urth Rhythms

Join us for a special program where we will have the experience of becoming one through rhythm and music, play, and song!

Guests will have the opportunity to drum in a rhythm circle and/or be in the center to receive the sound, or help create the immersion, or walk around the outside and offer sounds to seated participants. We will alternate between breath/meditation and sound as a group, creating internal grounding and external connection.
