About the Event

Join us for teen council and make sugar skull bases out of sugar, meringue powder, and water!

It's as easy as 1,2,3!

1: Mix the Sugar

2: Pack the Molds

3: Dry the Skulls

Thank you to the Friends of the Van Nuys Library for funding this program.
