About the Event

A former NASA Engineer and a NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador will set up a solar telescope outside the library this afternoon, weather permitting. Come look for sunspots on the surface of the Sun as you learn about solar astronomy and space! All ages are welcome to this family event, with astronomy equipment generously funded by the Friends of Sylmar Library.
