Japanese Folktales With Shadow Puppets
About the Event
In this highly interactive program, Sunny and Judy Seki give a shadow performance of a traditional Japanese folktale with the help of the audience, who will learn about the art and details of shadow puppetry. Children will then have the opportunity to make their own shadow puppets and also to explore Sunny’s collection of traditional Japanese wooden folk toys. Intended for ages 4-11.
