About the Event
Brought to you by Sesame Workshop and Google, this 45-minute family workshop helps young children and caregivers explore healthy digital habits through storytime, creativity, and movement. Recommended for ages 3-5 with flexibility for families with children outside of that age range.
Families will:
- Learn about digital well-being, with help from their favorite Sesame Street friends
- Practice strategies to connect both on and off screens
- Create a colorful collage of their favorite ways to spend time together, and use it to spark meaningful moments throughout the day
