About the Event

Join expert gardener Wendy McPherson for a relaxing, hands-on workshop that combines creativity and mindfulness. In this informal session, participants will explore ways to manage stress while designing their own tabletop Zen gardens. Each participant will receive a wooden lacquer tray, colorful sands, river stones, shells and bamboo bridges to decorate their gardens. You’ll also make your own mini rake and grooming tools. All materials are provided, and participants can take home their creations.

Limit: 15 participants.

This program was made possible with the generous support of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles.
