LA Made Presents: Ancient Homelands - Indigenous Music of North, Central and South America

Join master performer and teaching artist Martin Espino for this interactive program presenting ancient music from the deserts, rainforests, mountains, and beaches of our beautiful land. Martin gently motivates his audiences to play from his vast collection of native percussion and to sing songs in languages such as Maya, Dine, Xingu, and Nahuatl. Each program offers well-researched information on music, culture, geography, language, and history.
