Caring for Your Treasured Belongings
About the Event
Professionals and students from the UCLA/Getty Conservation Program and the Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) will host a special workshop focused on easy, hands-on methods to protect your treasured memories, such as photos, jewelry, home videos, textiles, and keepsakes, so that they can be preserved for years to come.
A limited supply of complimentary supplies will be available for registered attendees. Be sure to reserve your spot in advance by clicking the "Register" button above.
This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of Kaufman Brentwood Branch Library and the Department of Preservation and Conservation at the Getty Research Institute.
For disability-related accommodations, please call (213) 228-7430 at least five business days prior to the event. The City will make every effort to accommodate requests received with less notice.
