About the Event
Americans often speak fast and use confusing expressions and slang. One effective and fun way to improve your comprehension and communication in modern American English is to watch and discuss TV and film. In this class, we'll watch clips of popular, modern shows and ‘viral internet moments.’ While watching, we'll pause to explain and write down new vocabulary and expressions. Then we'll have a lively discussion about what we just saw, so we can practice speaking. Overall, this class is fun, casual, lighthearted, and friendly, with joy and laughter!
