Councilmember Adrin Nazarian and the Van Nuys Library are hosting LA Law Library’s Workshop for the Do's/Don'ts for Mom and Pop Landlords and how to build effective communication skills with tenants.
• Learn what communication methods are and are not permissible under the Tenant Anti–Harassment Ordinance.
• Learn the best ways to engage in open dialogue with tenants
• Learn how to utilize mediation strategies when a tenant needs rental assistance
• Q&A period after each session to answer your questions.
