About the Event

Join the Library's social worker, Rachelle Clayton Smith, for a bi-weekly journaling support group. You will learn how to reflect through writing, explore your creativity, and build stress relief skills! You can connect with others on their wellness journey. Have fun and discover the joy of journaling! Bring your own journals, pens, markers, scrapbook paper, etc. Supplies will be available.
