    Read With Star Volunteer Pamela

    All children are invited to read stories with our volunteer Pamela. Share in the joy of reading with our STAR volunteer every Wednesday. Take home a free book after coming to three STAR events at our branch.

    BARK: Read With Vida the Therapy Dog

    Children can read to our certified therapy dog Vida, to build confidence and practice their reading skills. Early through advanced readers are welcome. First come, first served, and no sign-up is required. Reading sessions may be time-limited to allow for multiple participants.

    Aphasia Book Club

    Aphasia is a brain disorder. It usually results from stroke or head injury. It affects a person's ability to read, write, speak, and understand speech.
