Community Yoga Flow

About the Event

This weekly all-levels yoga class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect. Through a gentle, breath-led flow, you will build strength and mobility while easing tension. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your mat, this practice is designed to help you unwind and leave feeling more grounded. Led by Sarahi Magallanez, Certified Yoga Instructor, RYT-200.

Bring your own mat and blocks if you can, otherwise we have some available.
