Además de la alegría compartida de compartir una comida sabrosa, la comida les ofrece muchísimas lecciones valiosas a nuestros pequeños: colores, juego sensorial, habilidades culinarias, la ciencia de la cocina, el origen de nuestros alimentos, nutrición e historia, por mencionar solo algunas.

La comida nos enseña lo que es ser humano y nos ofrece deliciosas puertas de entrada a otras culturas, lugares y formas de ser. La comida conecta nuestro pasado, presente y futuro. Sobre todo, la comida nos une. Los siguientes recursos de la Biblioteca Pública de Los Ángeles los inspirarán a usted y a sus hijos a vivir, aprender y comer deliciosamente.
