Cybernaut Class: Child Online Safety

About the Event

Learn how to keep children safe when they use the internet. You will learn about the benefits of the internet for young people, as well as the risks they may face, such as cyberbullying, scams, inappropriate content, and grooming. You will also learn about privacy, digital footprints, and security threats like phishing and malware. Additionally you will learn about: screen time and online wellbeing, how to talk to children about staying safe online, and how to use parental controls and safety tools to help protect them Must bring your own smartphone.
