SMS (Short Message Service) is a text-only message that is limited to 160 characters. MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) sends html-enhanced text with no character limit. If your phone is MMS-enabled, choose the MMS option if available. If MMS option is not available or chosen, you will still receive the text. However, the text may not be formatted correctly, may be broken up into more than one text message, or may be cut off at the 160-character limit.

If all information submitted does not match existing registration record, change(s) will not be made. Name changes must be requested in person.

Upon submission of this form to change your address, you will not be able to renew items until a photo ID with current address is presented to library staff on your next visit. Use of the form to add or change an e-mail address will not require a library visit.
