What it is like to come home from war: a writing class for Vets--
Woodland Hills Branch
During this free, four-part workshop, participants will learn and practice writing techniques that will help them explain dramatic and unusual life transitions to family, friends, and other people they meet in daily life.  The goal of the course is to produce a personal essay that describes the experience of coming home from war, but the skills learned in the class should be useful in any writing students do in the future.
October 6, 20, & 27 and November 10 at 6pm
