About the Event

Immerse yourself in a music workshop with participatory singing and wellness activities to improve mental health, amplify self-expression, and build community.

Neighborhood Sing is a free, weekly drop-in community music workshop facilitated by local teaching artists to welcome vulnerable community members into a creative space of belonging. Through participatory singing and trauma-informed mindfulness activities, the program aims to improve mental health, amplify self-expression, and develop social and emotional learning while connecting participants to community resources, including healthcare and social service providers.

For disability-related accommodations, please call (213) 228-7430 at least five business days prior to the event. The City will make every effort to accommodate requests received with less notice.
