• Your card number is located under the barcode on your card. It starts with the letters "SSC" followed by 7 numbers. 
• The PIN number is the last four digits of the phone number on file at school. This might be an old phone number if it hasn't been updated to your new phone.

All LAUSD students have Student Success Cards unless they are newly enrolled for the upcoming academic year.

If you teach at a non-LAUSD charter school, parochial, or private school email us to request Student Success Cards for your students.

Only students enrolled in a K-12 school can get a Student Success Card. The card can be used until the student turns 22 years old. There are never fines or fees on a Student Success Card. Even if a student loses a book, they will not be required to pay for a replacement. Students can borrow up to 5 physical books using a Student Success Card and 30 physical books using a regular library card. With a Student Success Card, students can get up to 2 hours of computer time per day. If a student has both a Student Success Card and a regular library card, they can get up to 4 hours of computer time a day.
