Looks Like a Home to Me celebrates the remarkable achievements of artists working in Progressive Art Studios in California and across the country. By providing a supportive studio environment, these organizations have been advancing the inclusion of artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities in contemporary art for half a century. The work of over 80 artists working in a range of mediums including works on paper, textiles, and video offers a glimpse of some of the artwork being made in these extraordinary creative communities.
