Author Alex Aster:
Alex is the award-winning author of Emblem Island: Curse of the Night Witch, the first in a series inspired by the stories that her Colombian grandmother used to tell her before bedtime. Alex recently graduated summa cum laude from UPenn, where she studied English.
Her debut Emblem Island: Curse of the Night Witch, has received starred reviews from Kirkus and Publisher’s Weekly and was on Good Morning America. Emblem Island also recently won an International Latin American Book Award.
