Tea 101: The History & Culture of Chinese Tea
About the Event
Madeleine from Tile Cat Tea House will share about her own journey with tea in China’s Yunnan province and beyond, then cover the six different types of tea, interesting bits of tea history, the basics of tea processing, and gongfu-style brewing. There will be plenty of time for questions and, of course, tea tasting!
