Come listen to a story or practice reading with a STAR volunteer. This program is 1:1 or small groups and geared towards kids 4-6.

You must sign up in advance: Literacy tutors are available Mondays and Wednesdays for grades K-6.

If you cannot get on the floor for whatever reason you can benefit from a daily practice of yoga on a chair. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health potential. Even if you are in a wheelchair, you can receive the many benefits of chair yoga–the integration of body, mind, and spirit.
