Review:

Twilight is a popular Young adult fiction novella written by Stephenie Meyer that follows 17-year-old Bella Swan after she moves with her father to Forks, Washington. Shortly after moving to forks, Bella meets Edward Cullen, who is very handsome and mysterious. She then takes it upon herself to find out what he’s hiding, and when she does, she falls in love with him. Twilight takes us through the stages of their relationship and the obstacles they encounter. It is a very old novella series that is still read by many people today because the relationship between Edward and Bella is so lovable and entertaining to read. It is the best book to read if you love romance novels and movies.

I read Twilight back in middle school and loved it ever since. Last year, I came across the entire collection online, and I bought it for $15. I reread it and remembered why I loved it so much. The novel includes so many scenes that weren’t included in the movies, which is great because you get a better understanding of why Edward acts the way he is and how their relationship is so strong. In my opinion, the book is way better than the movie because it allows you to let your imagination flow freely, which isn’t possible when you are watching real actors portray the characters. All in all, Twilight is such a heartwarming book to read regardless of whether you have watched the movie or not.
