Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, tenants have questions about paying their rent and eviction protections. This webinar will focus on emergency tenant measures that are in place in the City of Los Angeles. It will discuss topics such as rent deferment, rent freezes, and eviction. The webinar will also discuss the eviction process generally and the rights that tenants already have under state and local laws.
