The Angeleno Connectivity Trust Wi-Fi hotspot program provides free internet access for up to 5 years at 100GB of data per year. The hotspot is free, and there's no financial obligation.


Who is eligible?

This program serves K-12 students and youth living or attending school in the City of Los Angeles, or who are Los Angeles Public Library patrons and meet one of the following criteria:

  • Experiencing homelessness, or
  • In foster care, or
  • A student with a disability, or
  • A student who is having trouble staying in school this year at least in part to lack of internet connectivity

How do I sign up?

  1. Call the Los Angeles Public Library Angeleno Connectivity Trust Hotline at 213-228-7393.
  2. Leave your contact number on the Hotline Voicemail.
  3. Expect a return call from a Library Team Member who will help you sign up for the program.
  4. Plan to pick up your device from the assigned L.A. Public Library location.
