Starting January 12, 2014
The Central Library and regional branch libraries will re-open Sundays, 1 – 5 p.m.

Celebrate at each of these libraries with a ribbon cutting, special programs and refreshments Jan. 12 starting at 12:30 p.m.

1:15 p.m. Family storytime, “We Love The Library!” with songs and puppets featuring councilmember or children’s librarian (KLOS Theater)
2 p.m. Performance by INCA Peruvian Ensemble suitable for all ages (Taper)
3 p.m. Teen Anime Film Screening:  “From Up on Poppy Hill” (Teen 'Scape)
All day - Make a mural about what you love most about the library (Taper Courtyard)
All day - Exhibit:  “All Rise! Hollywood & the Herald Go To Court” (History Department)
All day - Exhibit:  “Songs in the Key of L.A.”  (First Floor Gallery)
