Student Smart: SAT Practice Test

Saturday, March 22, 2014

Seating is limited. Please call 310-534-9520 and ask for Reference, to reserve your seat.

How will you score? Find out by taking a full-length practice SAT given under the same testing conditions as the actual exams. You'll learn about the endurance and skill needed to score high on the SAT, and you'll get a personalized score report that shows your strengths and weaknesses. You can prepare yourself with the one hour seminar "Test Taking Strategies 101" at the Harbor Branch  Feb. 20, 4pm.

Princeton Review administers a full-length sample test. It's free. It will not appear on your College Board transcript when applying for college. Good to know: The test begins at 10am as soon as the library opens, and will be done between 1:45-2:30pm. Only one version of the sample test is available, if you re-take the free practice test the test booklet/questions will be the same. Water and nutrition bars will be provided, as breaks between sections are unpredictable and short. Consider bringing: a calculator, No. 2 pencils, your own snacks.

Results of the exam will be available to participants by email from Princeton Review and for pick-up at the Reference Desk 2-4 weeks following the test.

Sign up at the Reference or Information Desk or by calling the branch – 310-534-9520. Walk-ins will be accepted after registered participants are seated as space permits.
