Protect Yourself and your Family Against Fraud! The California Department of Corporations and the Los
Angeles Public Library invite you to a free presentation about how to protect yourself from financial fraud.

Topics will include Investor Self-Defence, Common Financial Scams, Safeguarding Your Personal Information, Preventing Mortgage Fraud and Financial Elder Abuse. This presentation will be held in the 1st floor meeting room of the Robertson Branch, 11 a.m. to 12 noon.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
