Join us for free  mindfulness meditation sessions on the second and fourth Monday of every month, led by mindfulness facilitator, Jennifer Howd.  Each session will include guided meditation and silent practice time, along with a suggested daily life practice for the week, and the opportunity for community sharing.    Chairs will be provided. Please feel free to bring your own meditation cushion.   Please note: This program is cancelled for August 24 & September 14 and will resume on September 28.    


Jennifer Howd is a writer and mindfulness facilitator living in Los Angeles. She studies mindfulness at UCLA’s Mindfulness Awareness Research Center and offers mindfulness classes, workshops, and personal guidance to facilitate mindfulness as a way of life.
