Description:

Join us for a free guided mindfulness meditation session. Each session will include opening comments, a guided meditation and/or silent practice time, and closing comments that include a suggested daily life practice for the week. The sessions are led by Lucinda Phillips or Kristen Lisanti. Both volunteers trained in mindfulness facilitation with the the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. Funds provided by BEST Friends, the Business/Economics and Science/Technology/Patents Departments' support group.
