Description:

Join us for a free guided mindfulness meditation session. Each session will include opening comments, a guided meditation and/or silent practice time, and closing comments that include a suggested daily life practice for the week. The sessions are led by Lucinda Philips and periodic guest leaders. Lucinda Phillips has been a practitioner of mindfulness meditation for a number of years and trained in mindfulness facilitation with the the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research CenterFunds provided by BEST Friends, the Business/Economics and Science/Technology/Patents Departments' support group.
