Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind, develops mindfulness and induces a mode of consciousness so that one can strengthen and enrich one's daily life, especially in dealing with stressful or emotional situations and forming productive relationships and daily habits.  You will learn basic principles and techniques of:

  • seated meditation
  • walking meditation
  • chanting meditation
