Enjoy a lunchtime music treat as Douvision presents a FREE music concert of the best music from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. They will be performing in the main reading room of the library from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on Friday, June 21. Also, the Friends of the Little Tokyo Branch Library, Motorway one Music and the Little Tokyo Branch Library present a FREE concert from 3:00-5:15 entitled "After Bronzeville" (associated with Soul of Little Tokyo) representing the exciting heart and soul of music from the Little Tokyo Community.  The After Bronzeville performance will feature the Scott Nagatani Trio, with Scott Nagatani on piano and Taiji Miyagawa on bass, and Danny Yamamoto on drums!  BichNg Productions will also be featured with their high-powered piano and drum set.  They're a duo who play renditions of jazz standards and classic rock songs inspired by Chris Wabich's flare for funky time signatures and Middle Eastern grooves & Jenny Ing's jazz/broadway piano stylings and vocal arrangements.
