Description:

When the Los Angeles Herald Examiner newspaper folded after publishing its last issue on November 2, 1989, the staff photographers moved on and the images were donated to the Los Angeles Public Library. Now, 23 years later, join us for a reunion of former HE photographers Paul Chinn, Anne Knudsen, Mike Mullen, Dean Musgrove, Jim Ober, Jim Ruebsamen, and Javier Mendoza as they recall their time on the Herald Examiner and share some of their favorite photos.

Presented by the Los Angeles Public Library Photo Collection, sponsored by Photo Friends. Free and open to the public.

Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
