Documentary film screening
Q&A with the Academy Award-winning filmmaker Freida Lee Mock,
Father Gregory Boyle, and Homeboys

G-DOG is about second chances—about L.A.’s own Father Gregory Boyle, a charismatic visionary, who launched Homeboy Industries, the largest, most successful gang intervention and rehab program in the country. This moving, and often hilarious film captures Father Greg’s powerful philosophy at work. Like they say at Homeboy: “Nothing stops a bullet like a job.”
