Created Equal: Freedom Riders Panel Discussion

Join us for a discussion of the film Freedom Riders, part of the Created Equal: America's Civil Rights Struggle series, on Tuesday, April 22, at 5p.m. 

Freedom Rider Kathleen O'Nan and Dr. Deborah McGill-Jackson, a member of the ordained clergy and university professor with civil rights experience throughout the country will lead a discussion about the film and share insights from their own experiences in the civil rights movement.

Light refreshments will be served.

The Created Equal film set and public programs have been made possible by a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities, as part of its Bridging Cultures initiative, in partnership with the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.
