Always wanted to fill your pantry shelves with home-canned goods? This hands-on workshop with Master Food Preserver Susan Nickels will cover basic canning techniques, equipment and food safety. Topic of the day is citrus and we will be canning fruit segments (think home-canned mandarin oranges!). All materials provided. Space limited. Registration required
