Energizing Chair and Gentle Yoga will get you moving, stretching, breathing and feeling vibrant and alert.

Even if you cannot get on the floor for any reason (such as age or being in a crowded work environment), you can benefit from a daily practice of yoga on a chair in the comfort of your home or office. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health potential. Even if you are in a wheelchair, you can receive the many benefits of chair yoga–the integration of body, mind, and spirit.

Jenny Suzdaltsev is a certified yoga instructor focusing on restorative yoga, which combines breathing techniques, modified yoga postures, and other Eastern and Western holistic practices. A practitioner of yoga for over 18 years, Jenny has trained with the Rishi Yoga Institute, was certified in Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga and White Lotus Therapeutic Yoga programs and she is an active member of the Yoga Alliance, a national educational and support organization for yoga practitioners in the United States.
