Take a trip to the islands with Na Hoku ("Hawaiian Grammy") award winning recording artist, Shawn Ishimoto. He will perform traditional Hawaiian music, followed by a question and answer session on Hawaiian music and culture, the music industry, and guitar technique. Live music and hula dancing too!

Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
