Rachmaninoff Preludes opus 23, number 2 and opus 23, number 5
Jurassic Park by Jarrod Radnich
Hong Kong Suite number 2, 1st movement, composed by Jahan Raymond

JAHAN Raymond, 13, began studying at seven, and composing music at eight.  He made his orchestral debut earlier this year performing Rachmaninoff's second concerto, first movement, with the Thousand Oaks Philharmonic.   He has been commissioned to compose music for charitable foundations and been asked to perform them at their gala fundraisers overseas.  Jahan has also played for actor Jim Carrey's philanthropic organization GATE, has opened for former political candidate Marianne Williamson and been part of an international ensemble at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles.   Jahan was a 2015 finalist in the National Young Composers Competition, a finalist in the 2015 Classic Arts Alive Showcase and the recipient of an Honors Award in the State Solo Competition.  While he thoroughly enjoys the works of the great composers, his first love is composing and improvising pieces of music on the spot. It is his aim to become a film composer
